Dishes must be clean and organized: the kitchen is not included in the cleaning service; and guests must take out their trash (bins are located at the bottom of the building).

Respect the neighbors; noise and disruptive parties are prohibited. If the agency receives a complaint from the police, you may lose your deposit due to non-compliance with regulations (you can contact the police at +376 755 222).

It is forbidden to bring skis and boots into the apartment as the risk of wear is too high. For those staying in buildings without lockers, we offer a solution on the slopes.

You have 48 hours to notify us of any inventory discrepancies or existing damage so that you are not held responsible.
